PLITVICE LAKES – NATIONAL PARK – all day excursion
Situated in a thick forest, Plitvice Lakes are considered to be one
of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the world. Its sixteen
lakes, connected by 92 waterfalls, cascade through a picturesque
surrounding. Plitvice Lakes were declared a National park in 1949,
and since 1979, they have been on the UNESCO´s List of World Natural
Heritage. The park´s attractions also include several caves and
a variety of flora and fauna. A guided tour of the park lasts about
4 hours , including both a boat ride and a walking tour. Join us
on this trip to enjoy the magic beauty of the lakes and waterfalls,
creating a spectacular scenery.
KRK TOUR – all day excursion
Do not miss visiting the largest Adriatic island, connected to the
mainland by a bridge. The visit of the island starts in the bay
of Punat where we get on the boat to reach the islet of Košljun,
with a Franciscan monastery built on the remains of a Roman villa,
housing a valuable library and an ethnological museum. Our tour
continues on with the visit of the Krk town, surrounded by medieval
ramparts, and of its famous Cathedral. The island tour ends in
the picturesque little town of Vrbnik with wine tasting in an authentic
island wine-cellar. Situated on a high reef overlooking the sea,
Vrbnik is famous for its excellent wine, one of the best in Croatia
– Vrbnička žlahtina.
POSTOJNA – half day excursion
This is a trip for all those who love nature. After a pleasant drive
we arrive to the small place of Postojna, where we can see one
of the best known and most beautiful caves in Europe. The caves
are 22 km long, and an electric train will take us through a part
of it, after which we will walk for about 2 km through the most
beautiful part of the caves. The sightseeing tour takes about 90
minutes, and there will be time left for lunch and buying souvenirs.

ISTRA TOUR – all day excursion
Istria, Croatia´s largest peninsula, will attract you not only by
its coast but also by the lovely and varied inland area. Join our
tour to see Red, Grey and White Istria, to enjoy the beauty of
its green hills and numerous vineyards. Istria is also abundant
in historical and cultural monuments. You will see medieval towns
encircled by ramparts, situated on picturesque hilltops offering
a fascinating view of the surrounding valley, fields and mountains.
We shall visit Pazin, Poreč and Rovinj – the three pearls of this
unique peninsula. Lunch in a traditional Istrian restaurant.
BRIJUNI ISLANDS – NATIONAL PARK - all day excursion
The Brijuni archipelago covers a group of 14 islands and islets of
an exceptional beauty, famous also for their archeological findings.
Brijuni were declared a National Park in 1984. On this tour you
will visit the island of Veli Brijun (Large Brijun), the largest
one of the archipelago. A four-hour ride on a tourist train will
take you to the safari park where various exotic animals live wild,
in the open air. Our expert guide will also show you the remains
of a Byzantine fortification from the 2nd century B.C., as well
as a Roman summer residence from the 1st century A.D. Visit to
the photo-exposition „Tito on Brijuni“; afterwards you will visit
the Archeological Museum and the 15th century St. Jerome´s church.


CANOE PICNIC – all day excursion
A pleasant drive through the scenic landscapes of the Gorski Kotar
region brings us to the Kupa River. The virgin nature and the ecologically
preserved river is the starting point of our canoe safari. An experienced
canoeist awaits us there to give instructions before we start our
10-km-long descent down the clear green waters of the river. A
pause will be made for lunch of regional specialities and refreshments.
After lunch, we continue down Kupa to complete this river adventure.

BY BUS / SHIP
VENICE – all day excursion
A pleasant cruise (ca. 2 hrs and 15 min) takes you to one of the
world´s most beautiful and most romantic towns – Venice, a city
which has to be seen in order to be believed. During the sail,
the guide will give you some basic information regarding the boat
and today´s tour programme. Upon arrival to Venice we proceed to
St. Mark´s Square, crossing the Accademia Bridge, followed by many
others, while admiring the city´s renaissance architecture and
historic buildings, each of them having its own story. Time at
leisure to explore this legendary city at your own before our return
sail.
