DAILY RENT INCLUDES:
Tourist
Tax, use of water, gas, electricity, cutlery, bedding and towels
during your stay and cleaning after departure.
DAILY RENT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Charge
for pets (payment in place), use of air-condition (payment in place),
use of garage, supplement for children
under 7 years who sleep with their parents in the same bed, additional
bed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
-pets (dogs, cats) - ONLY ON REQUEST - EUR 6,00 for a pet per day,
-use of air-condition from EUR 3,00-5,00 per day,
-children under 7 years who sleep with their parents in the same bed
EUR 3,50 per child/day,
-additional bed EUR 8,00 per day,
-additional charge for a SINGLE room 30%.
-a stay under 3 nights will be charged 30% more.
ARRIVAL
/ DEPARTURE:
On your arrival day-entrance in the apartment is
after 13,00 p.m. and on your departure day please vacate your apartments
and rooms by 10,00 a.m.

balcony or terace.
APP. 4+1 person (cca. 50 qm): 2 bedrooms or 1 bedroom+living room, kitchen,
bathroom+toilette, balcony or terace.
APP. 6 person (cca. 75 qm): 3
bedrooms or 2 bedrooms + living room, kitchen, bathroom+toilette,
balcony or terace.
